Free shipping offer applies to prepaid purchases shipped to Canadian destinations and includes FREE prepaid insurance of $100.00. Orders must meet the minimum purchase requirement of $199.00 CDN to qualify for free shipping.
Oversize packages and single items weighing more than 50lbs (cubed shipping weight) may not qualify for free shipping as they cannot be delivered by normal shipping channels. Oversize items weighing more than 50 lbs (cubed weight) will be subject to a shipping charge of $1.00 per pound for most shipments to Canada, and up to $3.00 per pound for shipments to the USA. Oversize item rate quotes are readily available for any item simply by calling our toll free number or by placing your order online. Our customer service team will review your order and will advise you whenever one of your items is classified as an oversized product. We will never bill you until you have given us the green light and items will not be shipped until we contact you by telephone to confirm the accuracy of shipping charges for oversize items. All shipping times begin the next business day following order verification. Orders verified after 3PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

Some restrictions apply to remote communities which are not serviced regularly by our FREE shipping service. If your address is designated as "beyond point" you will be contacted at time of order verification and all shipping charges will be disclosed to you before shipment. Free shipping offer does not apply to music subscriptions, products being shipped to the USA, or used gear. Free shipping offer is not available for C.O.D. orders. COD Orders are subject to all normal shipping charges.
Orders requiring RUSH shipping options such as Purolator, UPS, Priority Courier, BPX or Express Post will be subject to all normal shipping charges. All shipping times are estimates only unless you have chosen a guaranteed delivery service where shipping times are guaranteed to most major cities in Canada. Many Rural areas do not qualify for guaranteed delivery services. Please call us if you have any questions.
NOTE: Some items may be shipped from our warehouse locations in Toronto or Montreal. These shipments will often be upgraded to Purolator, Fedex, UPS or other premium shipping services at no additional cost to you...however there may be delays in providing up to date tracking as these warehouses can only provide updates to us every 48 hours not including weekends.
In the event of a product return or refused shipment...all shipping charges will be deducted from your credited value..
We will gladly match or beat any advertised price in Canada or the USA for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If you find a lower price, please contact us by phone at 1 888 472 0070.
We will beat that price by 10% of the difference. Item must be in stock, in factory sealed condition and sold by an authorized dealer. Sorry but we cannot match online auction prices, however, (we will try to give you the best deal possible) and many of our products are already priced lower than can be found on some of these sites once you factor in all costs including our free shipping, free shipping insurance, CSA protection, warranty coverage and border conversion fees. If you find a lower legitimate advertised price, including our own price, on an item of the same brand and model number as you purchased, and submit a Price Match Guarantee application form within 30 days from the date of your purchase, Acclaim will refund you the difference. (Applications submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase will be refunded in the form of a Credit Memo or Gift Certificate.)

Many of the products we sell are electrical in nature and by making sure that your products are CSA approved you can rest assured that they are safe to use and will not cause harm to you or others who operate these items. These days many manufactured goods come from overseas markets and offer little to no quality control, let alone safety features.
CSA testing is performed on every item we sell to make sure that the products are safe. This testing does cost a little extra per item, but the benefits can be huge.
For instance, did you know that if you are the owner of a product which is not CSA approved and that item is proven to be the cause of a fire that you personally can be held responsible for all damages and insurance claims. Many stores do not force their suppliers to ensure that the products they sell are CSA approved, We believe that making our customers safe is a number one priority and have been working with every one of our suppliers for many years to make sure that their products meet CSA standards. We offer a first rate on-site warranty service and repair depot for all items purchased through our retail outlets and online store.
Loaners/Reduced rate rental items (subject to local availability) are available while your equipment is being serviced. Should the need arise, we have you covered.

Items purchased at one of our retail outlets may be returned in person during business hours.
Items purchased on-line must contact our toll free number and discuss the problem with our customer service team who will then advise you of steps required to complete your warranty service.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and your warranty return must include a copy of your original sales receipt or invoice with a detailed explanation of the nature of your issue so that we can make a hasty repair.
Once repaired your item will be returned to you and will ship for free unless oversize or beyond point.
