With 100 watts of valve power, the Orange Rockerverb 100 head amp can fill Wembley Stadium. Uses the same pre-amp channels, pre-amp and FX loop as the Rockerverb 50, but with the original Orange 100-watt A/B output stage.

The Rockerverb 100 Head clean channel preamp is designed around two stages of all valves with bass and treble controls, for punchy clean to light crunch tones. The Rockerverb 100 Head dirty channel has 4 stages of all tube high gain overdrive, all the way from clean to full on crunch distortion. The Accutronics 3 spring reverb has valve drive and valve return for a warm, natural reverb. Even the Rockerverb 100 Head effects loop is buffered and returned by a valve. The Rockerverb 100 Head features a Hi / Low damping selector, to control the amount of negative feedback around the output valves and tune the tightness and tendency to overdirve. Hi to tighten the sound, Lo for looser.

The Orange Rockerverb 100 Head features a valve protection circuit which allows you to continue playing a half volume should an output valve fail. An LED indicates the problem valves needing replacement.

Alter the tone of your Orange Rockerverb 100 Head amp by swapping the standard EL34 valves for 6L6GC, KT88, or 6550 power valves.

Using the Standby switch on the Orange Rockerverb 100 allows the valves to warm up or to remain warm without high voltage being applied to them. This extends the valves life. Allow the Rockerverb 100 to warm up for 20 seconds before switching to the ON position, and during breaks, the Rockerverb 100 should be put into Standby mode.
