Gator Canada / ERIKSON MUSIC Limited Warranty Statement
ERIKSON MUSIC warrants, to the original retail purchaser only, that a product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and authorizes free service and/or parts exchange at authorized Erikson Music service centres only, for a period stipulated below, beginning on the date of purchase, and to only purchases at a Gator Cases
Canada authorized dealer. Any product purchased outside of Canada is not the responsibility of Erikson Music .
STANDARD WARRANTY: 5 year Limited* warranty, 1 year with moving parts such as zippers, latches, hinges, handles and wheels. This warranty does not apply on equipment that: has been rented or leased; shows abuse, misuse, neglect or damage resulting from connection to defective external equipment, improper connection to other equipment,
or damage resulting from accident, fire, water or shipping; has become defective through failure to perform basic daily maintenance and/or calibration, or through failure to follow normal operating instructions described in the owner’s manual is deemed by Gator not to be defective; may have been tampered with, altered or repaired by others than authorized Gator service centre personnel; has had its serial number defaced, altered or removed. If a unit requires service, it should be sent to the nearest authorized Gator service centre, or to the seller or to Erikson Music at the owner’s expense along with proof of purchase. Erikson Music will assume the return shipping charges. There is a limited warranty period of 90 days covering mechanical switches, controls, levers, belts, springs, tapes, cassettes, cartridge, meters, bulbs, LED’s, Media devices (CD Rom, CD burners, hard drives, USB and flash media) and connecting cables. There is no warranty on batteries, keyboard cases, vinyl bags, drum heads and covers. This warranty supersedes any other expressed or implied warranty, and is the sole warranty for your purchase. No one is authorized to assume any liability on behalf of Erikson Music or to impose any obligation on it in connection with the sale of any equipment other than stated in this warranty and outlined above. Erikson Music’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products, at our option. Erikson Music shall not be liable or responsible, under any circumstances, for direct, indirect or consequential damages or expenses resulting from interrupted operation or other causes (such as unauthorized disassembly, misuse or alteration). The above warranties are valid solely in the country where the original retail purchase was made. Service and/or replacement during the warranty period will be assumed by Erikson Music in as much as in the latter’s judgement that the defects are over and above that considered to be normal wear. Your completed registration should be submitted to Erikson Music promptly, soon after the original purchase date.
The purchaser must retain his/her sales slip or invoice as proof of purchase.
